Patient profile: D is a middle age female with great oral hygiene. First visit: Upon examination, a front crown had a fracture that required a new crown. She was also interested in closing the gap between the front teeth. The fractured crown shade did not match, and the position of the crown was not aligned properly with the surrounding teeth. The metal from the crown was also making her tooth look dark.
